We strive to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We will make reasonable efforts to fix bugs and issues reported within agreed-upon support periods.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, you will be charged for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to flowneststudio.com. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
